it's summer time here in switzerland. just came back from my interrail travel around europe and now i'm looking forward to try out some recpe ideas from my travel and enjoy the benefits of having a clean bathroom and my own bed. somehow i'm still working through the impressions, experienceses and moments. beside all the cool stuff [like eating ice cream twice in a day, buying beautiful plates and talk with funny people] i realised how much luck i have and how important it is to appreciate that! it also intendsified my desire to share my luck and to try to make this world a little better. now let's move on to the important stuff - i'm just joking, eventough i wuldn't wanna miss this luscious juice! ;) it cools and calms you down on hot days, on stressful days and even on days on which you're not able to stop thinking. the recipe doesn't require any skills, it's bascilly just throwing the right things in a blender :)

RECIPE
_ 800g watermelon, cut in cubes
_ 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
_ 2-4 mint leaves [depends on the size and your taste - start with two, you don't want a mint juice. it should just add a nice hint of flavour]
_ 1 tbsp maple syrup
_ some ice cubes
combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until no lumps remain. add more mint leaves if you want to and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
serve chilled with an ice cube and some fresh mint leaves. enjoy the summer!
