hello, i'm pilar, a twenty-one-year old student from switzerland. since i was a kid, i was interested in arts and design - from furniture to illustration. unavoidable i grew older and a few years ago i discovered my passion for baking, cooking and travelling. i wondered if there was a way to combine these passions.

that's how i came to food photography, what resulted in: me taking thousands of pictures and baking till my arms hurt form whisking ;D

in 2014 i started my first attempt with a blog to be able to share the photographs and recipes with you. however, i've never wrote more than one blog post on a awful website - after graduating i finally found enough time to do this properly.

apart from this it's important to me to use organic (most of the time) and vegan ingredients for ecological, ethical and health reasons.
